The Cap'n Games, Inc. story!

After moving to Nevada in 2009, Company Founder, CEO and Head Cheese, Jake Stoner, found an opportunity to transform an old Police Sub-Station into a video game store!

The evidence room became an overstock room and the ammo room... a place for his 5 and 3 year old children to foster a love of video games (and ammo?) from an early age.

After a banger of a first year in business, the reach of the area's newest game store started to take hold. It wouldn't be long before the competition in town heard of The Cap'n.

In 2012, we relocated from the Stead area to Pyramid Way in Sparks where we would remain until we outgrew our locations and eventually settled into our existing nearly 5000 square foot location at 810 Holman Way, Sparks, NV 89431.

We're open daily from 11am to 8pm, Pacific Time.
