Shipping policy

Shipping Charges -- We offer a variety of Shipping Options, automatically. However, due to the nature of computers, some shipping calculations may be 'off'. In the event a shipping & handling charge turns out to be higher or lower than the amount you've paid, we reserve the right to issue you a credit or request payment from you the next time you place an order with us. Consoles are heavy and don't get free shipping.

If you are an international customer, you may inquire before completing the checkout procedure as to the exact shipping costs. Your shopping cart does "estimates" as well as saves your cart information indefinitely (assuming you have a free account with us).

Handling Charges -- While we do handle games all the time, handling charges are defined as packaging & costs for accepting your payment. We try hard to keep costs as low as possible and we only charge as close to our cost for packaging supplies as possible.

Free Shipping Options! -- We LOVE shipping stuff for free.  If you spend $50 or more on any order with us, we will issue a REFUND to your payment method, upon delivery AND request.  Meaning, when you get it, just shoot us an email to let us know (or website chat) -- and we'll mark it as delivered and issue a refund of your _actual shipping charge_ of UP TO $6 per order placed.  Most of the time, shipping is like $5.45 these days (2025) for buying a normal game or three :)
