About the event: Social Science: Y2K is an adults‑only, after‑hours party celebrating the science, tech and pop‑culture of the late ’90s/early 2000s. Expect themed activities (think PS2 showdowns, millennium‑era snapshots, “booyah” buttons, fashion throwbacks and more), plus the series’ signature mix of science demos, hands‑on labs, music, and tasty bites. Capacity is limited and advance tickets are recommended. 21+.
When/Where: Saturday, April 18, 2026 • 7:00–10:00 PM at The Discovery (490 S. Center St., Reno). Ticket tiers are typically listed as member/nonmember/door. Check the event page for current availability and pricing.

Vic’s voice acting career started 25 years ago with Vega in Streetfighter II.
Since then he has been in 400+ animated series and video games in roles like Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist), Broly (Dragon Ball), Sabo (One Piece), Obito/Nagato (Naruto), Ikkaku (Bleach), Rohan (JoJo’s), Tamaki (Ouran), Matt (Digimon), Qrow (RWBY), Zero (Vampire Knight), Death Scythe (Soul Eater), Keldeo (Pokemon), Dark (DN Angel) and many more.
He’s voiced games including Soul Calibur, Disgaea, Dynasty Warriors, Persona III, Avengers, Star Trek Online, Pac‑Man, Sonic Colors, and more; directed series like Claymore, Twin Star Exorcists & Juni Taisen; and continues to compose and perform music.
He also co‑created and starred in the award‑winning web series Star Trek Continues.
