GAME WITH BOX/INSERT = Game Disc/Cart with original Box Artwork Insert, correct color case (may be replacement).
GAME WITH BOOK/BOX/INSERT = Game Disc/Cart with Original Instruction Manual and Artwork Insert, correct color case (may be replacement)
GAME BOX/INSERT ONLY = Just The Artwork - NO Game (you should have it and need the artwork insert for it).
GAME BOOK/MANUAL ONLY = Same, just the original manual the manufacturer put in there.
BRAND NEW SEALED = We strive to notify you of any rips or tears in cellophane wrapping. If perfection is wanted, PLEASE call us before hitting order.
Please assume all items have a company price sticker affixed to each item. We use "removable" stickers and avoid stickering cardboard.
No Used Items will arrive with other inserts (supplied maps, warranty cards, posters, stickers, plastic wrap, cardboard or foam inserts) - some do, but don't plan on it since many people threw things away back then.
Brand New Sealed items have manufacturers warranty which are applied first, as applicable (esp. Atari).

For Disc Games:
We take your disc which has been scratched or smudged up... and put it on our professional buffing machine. After just seconds, your disc comes out looking tons better than it did before going in! We guarantee your disc works, or we'll buff it a second time at no additional charge.
We can polish up Xbox One, PS4, PS3, Wii-U, BluRay Movies, Xbox 360, Wii, PS1, PS2, Xbox, DVD's, Music CD's, PC game discs and more! Please note: GameCube games, due to their size, are not *super* compatible with our buffing machines. Due to this, we do not offer disc buffing services for GameCube games... until we find a machine that actually does a good job at it.
For Cartridge Games:
We remove the screws from your game cartridge and thoroughly clean your cartridge, inside and out, to the best of our ability with the best tools our 8+ year history has taught us. We also guarantee your cartridge works after we have cleaned it, or your money back in store credit to a required store credit account (money back only applies to cartridge based games due to extensive testing need in disc-based games).
